Seventeen Indicted by the Howard County Grand Jury

Seventeen people were indicted by the Howard County Grand Jury on October 14, 2025.

Anthony Rene Campos Salazar, 31,  was indicted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.  Howard Foster, 49,  was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation while Pedro Hernandez IV, 30,  was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.  Robert Marvin Carson,58,  was indicted for Assault of Hospital Personnel on Hospital Property.  Jesus Medina, Sr., 57,  was indicted for two counts of Indecency with a Child, Sexual Contact.  Joe Aaron Major, 46,  was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  Vinnie Montes Garcia was indicted on three counts:  Assault Family Violence Impending Breath/circulation, and two counts of Injury to Child/Elder/Disabled with Intent of Bodily Injury.
