Twenty Three People Indicted by the Grand Jury

Twenty three people were indicted by the Howard County Grand Jury on September 16, 2025.  Five people were indicted for possession of a controlled substance:  Joe Albert Chavera, 26, Ethan Lloyd Faultner, 23, Natasha Leeanne Johnson, 53, Marissa Nicole Loya, 41 and Damian Deron McNair, 32.  

Jacob Ian Strain, 45, was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  Preston Scott Thigpen, 33,  was indicted for Forgery of a Financial Instrument and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Donald James Green, 64, was indicted for Sexual Assault and Luis Alejandro Ramos, 37,  was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
