On October 22, the Alliance Credit Union hosted a Lunch and Learn at 215 W. 3rd Street, the home of the Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce, to introduce the community to the credit union’s services. The event, catered by Al’s and Son BBQ, drew community members for networking and discussion about financial opportunities.
Toby Shubert, branch loan officer, introduced Kodi Aguilar who is the Mortgage Loan Officer for the Big Spring Branch and the main speaker, Kenzi Kinard. Kinard, the Regional Real Estate Business Development Director, discussed Alliance’s personalized services for individuals and asked attendees to give Alliance an opportunity to serve the local nonprofits.
Alliance Credit Union operates branches in Lubbock, Big Spring, and Amarillo. The credit union merged with The Electric Utiiities Credit Union in Big Spring in late 2023, expanding its footprint in the region. The Big Spring Branch at 2002 Birdwell Lane, offers checking accounts, loans, mortgages and more.
