Kendra Simmons, Owner of VIP Auto Rentals, told KBest News that they work hard to provide a service that is needed in Big Spring and do it in a friendly and professional way.
“We really try to treat you like your neighbor would treat you, really reminiscent of times of old that have kinda passed you by,” she said.
They don’t do online bookings, which can be frustrating, but customers can call and speak to a real person when booking.
“We can try to help you get what you need, when you need it. We really try to stay true to Big Spring and the small town attitude,” said Simmons.
