Abilene, Texas — West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Abilene, Texas. This state-of-the-art facility will expand access to high-quality health care for Veterans in the region, furthering our commitment to honor and serve those who have served our nation.
WHAT:
The groundbreaking ceremony will include remarks from VA leadership, local officials, and community partners, followed by a ceremonial groundbreaking and lunch.

WTVAHCS proudly serves Veterans across West Texas and southeastern New Mexico, providing comprehensive health care services at six locations, including the George H. O’Brien Jr. VA Medical Center in Big Spring and community-based outpatient clinics in Abilene, Fort Stockton, San Angelo, Odessa, Texas, and Hobbs, New Mexico.
