On Friday night, Big Spring basketball teams hosted Liberty at home. Steers lost 59-34. The next game for Big Spring teams will be tonight at Steer Gym. They’ll host Estacado. Lady Steers play at 6:15 PM and Steers play at 7:30 PM. Listen to a live broadcast of these games on The Mighty 1490 AM and FM 103.9.
COAHOMA
The Bulldogettes won 64-33 over Lamesa and are now 8-0 on the District 3-3A season. The Bulldogs beat Lamesa, 58-49. Coahoma junior Landon Wells surpassed 1,100 career points scored during the game. Tonight, both teams are open and will return to the court on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025.
