New stop location provides enhanced amenities and convenience for travelers
Greyhound, the largest intercity bus service in North America and part of Flix North America Inc., recently announced the relocation of its Big Spring, TX stop. It became effective on October 20, the new stop will be at the Shell Station operated by Majors Management LLC at 4806 W Hwy 80, Big Spring, TX 79720. The stop will provide improved access and amenities for passengers, including food and drink options, ample parking, and convenient access to major highways.
Greyhound’s new stop will continue to serve top destinations such as Midland, El Paso, Amarillo, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Lubbock, Abilene, San Angelo, Houston, and Tucson, ensuring Big Spring remains connected to key cities across Texas and beyond.
“We’re grateful to the City of Big Spring for their support in helping us continue to serve this community,” said Karina Frayter, head of communications at Flix North America. “Intercity buses play a crucial role in providing connectivity, and this move allows us to offer passengers a more convenient and comfortable experience while continuing to connect the Big Spring to major destinations. The new Shell Station location provides a safer and more accessible facility for passengers, with a well-lit environment and proximity to dining and a convenience store for snacks, drinks, and essential travel items. The move comes as Greyhound’s lease at its current location comes to an end.
