BIG SPRING, TX — Big Spring Police Department recently released the mug shot for Colten Hughes. He is currently booked at the Howard County Detention Center for the murder of his grandmother Leah Hughes that occurred on Dec. 27, 2023. He has a surety bond set for $2,000,000.00
