BIG SPRING, TX — The Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce held a Thank You for Your Investment presentation for the Big Spring Health Food Store, located at 1305 Scurry in Big Spring, on Tuesday morning to thank them for what they do for the community.
When asked how she felt about the presentation, Owner Mindy Sedberry, said it was nice of them to feature local businesses.
“I think it’s important for them to recognize the businesses, and for the businesses to recognize the Chamber. We work cohesively together for the community,” said Sedberry.
The Big Spring Health Food Store carries a full line of many supplements, as well as an extensive line of natural and organic body products, and massage products like carrier oils and essential oils.
When asked if there was anything the public should know about Big Spring Health Food Store, Sedberry said, “We are small and independent but we still keep quite a bit. Some thoughts I can order and some things I can’t. We’re fighting like everybody else on price increases but we’re doing our best to keep things as low as possible.”
She also went on to say that customers are also encouraged to ask about items if they can’t be found on the shelf.
The Big Spring Health Food Store has been in business since 1965, and Sedberry has been with the business since 1995.
