BIG SPRING, TX — Mary Lane’s in Big Spring will host a Junk Journaling session tomorrow, July 22nd, at 6 PM. The community is invited to turn life’s scraps—ticket stubs, vintage papers, fabric swatches—into a sacred keepsake that soothes their mind and uplifts their spirit.
This can be an emotional release as the participant can create collage, write, and layer to process stress and trauma. It can also help with mindful focus, self-reflection, and community connection.
All that’s needed is a journal, notebook, or paper to begin and other supplies will be provided. There will be guided prompts during the session to unlock buried emotions.
This Junk Journaling session is a free event and will be held at Mary Lane’s, located at 603 S. Gregg, Suite C, in Big Spring from 6-8 PM. For more information, contact 432-306-0964.
