DEATH INVESTIGATION
On the morning of June 15, 2025, at approximately 08:27 AM, the Scurry County Sheriff’s Office responded to a request for emergency medical assistance at a residence on County Road 241. The call reported three individuals with gunshot wounds.
Upon arrival at the scene, deputies discovered three deceased individuals: one adult male, one female juvenile, and one male juvenile. Emergency medical personnel confirmed all three victims were deceased at the scene.
Due to the sensitive nature of this incident and in consideration of the ongoing investigation, no further details will be released at this time.
The Sheriff’s Office wishes to assure the public that there is no ongoing threat to the community related to this incident.
