BIG SPRING, TX — Multiple events are going on in the Big Spring area this weekend.
FRIDAY, May 16th
4-6 PM: Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation celebrates National Nursing Week, 3200 Parkway, Big Spring – music, food, inflatable waterslide, train rides, face painting, and a cash cube
SATURDAY, May 17th
7 AM: Mansfield-Wrightsil Scholarship Award Golf Tournament at Comanche Trail Municipal Golf Course – $125/person with on-site registration, shotgun start at 8:30 AM. 4-man scramble awards prizes to top 3 teams. Lunch is included and Lunchtime Live Auction. Funds raised benefit Big Spring High School graduating seniors.
9 AM – 9:15 AM (approximately): Run For The Wall motorcycles ride through Big Spring on eastbound I-20.
9 AM – 3 PM: Trucks -N- Trinkets Pop Up Vendor Market at Star Ford, 500 W. 4th St. – vendors, food trucks, and money raised from vendor booths benefit the United Way of Big Spring & Howard County
12-5 PM: Jeep Day at Eagles Lodge, 703 W. 3rd – Eagles collecting donations for Happy Day Humane Society
