HOWARD COUNTY, TX — This month, a Howard County Grand Jury indicted 15 people for a variety of charges. Alvin Williams and Marilyn Williams were both indicted on the charge of Cruelty Non-Livestock Animal Kill/Poison/SBI. Both Alvin and Marilyn had been arrested in August this year after witnesses reported that they were dragging a German Shepherd dog behind their Ford F-150 pickup.
Others indicted included Paul Ramon Garcia for Online Solicitation Minor Sexual Conduct; Spencer Wyatt Saucedo for Sexual Assault/Child; and Johnny Smithwich for Indcency w/Child Sexual Contact and Aggravated Sexual Assault/Child.
