Exciting News for West Texas Families! The Literacy Coalition of the Permian Basin is teaming up with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to bring FREE books to children from birth to age five. Together, they’re sparking a lifelong love of reading and creating a brighter future for little ones in the Permian Basin.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a globally recognized program that has provided children millions of free, high-quality books since 1995.
