BIG SPRING, TX — There will be a Big Spring Town Hall with Texas State Senator Kevin Sparks tomorrow, 9/25/24, at 3 PM at the Hall for the Arts on the Howard College campus, located at 1001 Birdwell Ln. The public is invited to attend and share their thoughts.
Sparks is the Senator for District 31, a 45-county area that stretches across the Permian Basin and into the Panhandle of Texas.
