BIG SPRING, TX — The Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting celebration for the Suites at Big Spring, located at 1712 E. 3rd in Big Spring. These new community apartments are located directly beside the Denny’s restaurant and are under new ownership and will be managed by Class A Management.
Kim Allen, with Suites at Big Spring, told KBest News that she was excited to see the turnout for the ribbon cutting. She said it was important for them to be invested in the community to bring out people.
“You know our whole goal is to, obviously, fill this place but to [also] provide a safe place for people to live,” said Allen.
According to Michael McCoy, an owner with the Suites at Big Spring Suites, there are 16 units with 2 bedrooms, new appliances, and each comes with 2 parking spaces for approximately $1,500 per month. Originally, the Suites at Big Spring were scheduled to open August 1st but that date may be postponed due to the apartment complex needing to complete a few more tasks required by the City of Big Spring code enforcement.
