The Big Spring Steers and the Coahoma Bulldogs competed for the Bi-District Championship last night.
The Steers had a hard loss to Mountain View last night. Final score was Big Spring 36, Mountain View 42.
The Bulldogs won their game over Anthony. Final score was Cohaoma 69, Anthony 7. This is the first time since 2003 that the Coahoma Bulldogs have won the Bi-District Championship. The next game for Coahoma will be against Canadian. Details for that game will come at a later date.

The Lady Steers Volleyball team fell in three sets to Graham in their Bi-District playoff game that was held last night, 11/06/19, in Hawley. Box scores were 25-10, 25-10, and 25-14.

ABILENE — The Coahoma Bulldogettes ended their season with a loss against the Dublin Lady Lions on Tuesday. Coahoma lost the bi-district match in three sets: 25-23, 25-12, 25-10.
Senior Caitlyn Corley had a team high of four kills for the Bulldogettes. Junior MaKynlee Overton had three kills, three blocks, an ace and a dig for the evening. Freshman Zoie Joslin recorded eight assists.
The Bulldogettes end the 2019 season with a 3-5 district record and 11-20 overall.

The Coahoma Bulldogettes volleyball team will face Dublin for the bi-district game at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Abilene High School gym. Coahoma finished third in District 5-3A with a 3-5 district record and 11-19 overall.
The Big Spring Lady Steers volleyball team will be competing against Graham for their playoff game in Hawley @ 6pm on Tuesday Nov. 5, 2019. Admission will be $4 for adults and $3 for students.
